# Phuket Jewelry Transfer — Service and Visitor Guide > Canonical URL: https://phuketjewelrytransfer.com/ > Last updated: 2026-09-30 > Language versions: English, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese. ## Service summary Phuket Jewelry Transfer coordinates free transport from a confirmed hotel, villa or agreed meeting point in Phuket to a participating jewelry showroom. Return transport is included when stated in the written booking confirmation. Looking around is optional and no purchase is required. The showroom covers the transport cost as a visitor-acquisition expense. Visitors do not pay a booking fee or transfer fare. Product purchases are separate transactions between the visitor and the seller. ## Booking Bookings are requested through WhatsApp at +66 99 141 4927. A useful request includes: 1. Hotel, villa or pickup location and a map pin. 2. Number of passengers. 3. Requested date and approximate time. 4. Return requirement. 5. Children, mobility needs, large luggage or other transport requirements. A request is confirmed only after written WhatsApp confirmation. Replies usually arrive within 30–60 minutes during service hours. Vehicle type, meeting point and pickup time depend on availability, access, traffic and operating conditions. ## Service area The service operates in Phuket. Area guides cover Patong, Kata, Kata Noi, Karon, Rawai, Nai Harn, Chalong, Phuket Town, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao and Mai Khao. Cruise-port and airport-related requests require the exact terminal or pier, schedule and a safe time buffer. A flight or ship return time is never guaranteed; the proposed schedule must be confirmed in writing. ## Showroom visit Visitors may browse and leave without buying. The website does not guarantee: - a particular vehicle model; - a discount or promotional price; - product quality, origin, treatment or investment value; - a laboratory result; - a repair method or completion time; - a tax or customs outcome; - a particular showroom amenity. Confirm time-sensitive details with the relevant showroom, laboratory, workshop, airline, port or government authority. ## Buying jewelry responsibly Before a significant purchase: - verify the seller’s identity and written sale terms; - compare the complete price and like-for-like items; - ask for metal fineness, gemstone identity and detected treatments in writing; - use an independent laboratory report appropriate to the item; - verify a report number directly with the issuing laboratory; - obtain the original invoice, warranty and return terms; - do not treat a high initial price or a large discount as proof of value. Recognized laboratories include GIT, AIGS and GIA. A laboratory report describes tested characteristics; it does not determine whether the retail price is fair. ## Price negotiation A visitor may politely ask whether a displayed price is flexible, but no discount percentage is guaranteed. Flexibility can depend on the item, current promotion, payment method and purchase quantity. Compare the final written price, report, treatment disclosure, metal weight, warranty and return terms before deciding. ## Thailand VAT Refund for Tourists Current official rules must be checked with the Thai Revenue Department at https://vrtweb.rd.go.th/. The core process described by the Revenue Department is: - buy from a participating shop displaying the VAT Refund for Tourists sign; - spend at least 2,000 THB including VAT at one participating shop on the same day; - request Form P.P.10 and the original tax invoice; - obtain the required Customs pre-check before departure when total eligible purchases reach 20,000 THB; - show jewelry worth 40,000 THB or more per item again after immigration at the VAT refund office; - submit the required documents and goods for inspection as directed. The refund is calculated under Revenue Department rules and fees are deducted. The amount received is therefore lower than 7% of the VAT-inclusive purchase price. ## Bringing purchases home Import allowances, declaration rules, duties and taxes vary by destination, residence, journey and item value, and can change. Visitors should check the current official customs guidance for the country where they will enter. Thailand’s tourist VAT refund is separate from the destination country’s import rules. ## Repairs and alterations A workshop must inspect an item before confirming whether resizing, setting or repair is safe. Ask for a written scope, price, method and collection time before authorising work. Timing and suitability depend on the metal, construction, gemstones and required work. ## Hotel checkout, luggage, airport and cruise requests Disclose the number and size of bags before vehicle assignment. Keep valuables, travel documents and medicines with you. For a flight or cruise day, provide the flight or ship details and the time you must return. Allow adequate time for traffic, luggage handling, check-in, security, immigration and boarding. If the available window is too short or uncertain, the schedule should not be confirmed. ## Privacy and consent The website stores the visitor’s consent choice in the browser.
