Service and acceptance

These terms apply when you use this website or request a Phuket Jewelry Transfer ride. The service coordinates free hotel or villa pickup, transport to a participating jewelry showroom and return transport in Phuket. A purchase is optional and is never a condition of the ride.

Booking and confirmation

A request is not confirmed until we send written confirmation on WhatsApp. Availability, vehicle type, pickup time and meeting point depend on the booking details, traffic and operating conditions. Please provide accurate contact, location, guest and timing information. Tell us in advance about children, mobility needs, large luggage or other requirements so we can confirm whether suitable transport is available.

Pickup, delays and cancellation

Please be ready at the confirmed place and time and keep your phone available. Contact us promptly if plans change. We may reschedule or cancel when transport is unavailable or where weather, road conditions, safety concerns, events or circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent the service. You may cancel without a transfer fee by messaging us before pickup.

Showroom visit and purchases

The showroom visit and any purchase are separate from the transport service. Prices, product descriptions, warranties, certificates, refunds and other sale terms are set by the seller. Inspect goods and documents, ask questions and obtain independent advice before buying. We do not guarantee a discount, investment value, laboratory result or tax refund.

Passenger conduct and property

Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and Thai law. We may refuse unsafe, abusive or unlawful conduct. Keep valuables and travel documents with you; tell us promptly about property left in a vehicle. Smoking and unlawful items are not permitted.

Third parties and liability

Drivers, messaging, hosting and showroom services may be supplied by third parties. We remain responsible only to the extent required by applicable law for the transfer coordination we provide. We are not responsible for showroom sales decisions, product quality or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate, but availability, opening times, tax rules and travel conditions can change. Confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant provider or authority before relying on it. Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, customs or investment advice.
