Local pickup notes for Bang Tao
What is specific about arranging a showroom transfer from Bang Tao.
Bang Tao is a long beach on the far north-west coast, home to the Laguna Phuket complex — a group of resorts (Angsana, Banyan Tree, Dusit Thani, SAii, Cassia and others) sharing landscaped internal roads — plus gated villa estates around Layan and Cherng Talay.
Inside Laguna, we meet you at your specific resort's own lobby, not the main Laguna gate — so tell us which hotel. For villa estates such as Laguna Park or the Layan headland, we need the estate name and unit number; the estate gate is the fallback meeting point.
Popular pickup resorts in Bang Tao: Banyan Tree Phuket, Angsana Laguna Phuket, Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, SAii Laguna Phuket, Cassia Phuket, and Mövenpick Resort Bangtao Beach.
Getting to the showroom from Bang Tao
The drive is roughly 35–45 min each way, on the bypass road, then west to Cherng Talay and the Laguna area. The showroom is on the north-east side of Phuket near Phuket Town, so travel time depends mainly on where in Bang Tao you are staying and the time of day.
- Inside Laguna: name your resort (Angsana, Banyan Tree, Dusit, SAii, Cassia…) — we meet at that lobby.
- Villa estates (Laguna Park, Layan): estate name + unit number.
- The return is scheduled in advance, not on-call.

Bang Tao pickup checklist
Bang Tao bookings often involve one of three different meeting patterns: a Laguna resort lobby, a villa gate, or a public point near Boat Avenue or Cherng Talay. Send the full property name and a map pin rather than only “Bang Tao”. If your villa estate controls vehicle access, tell reception that an outside driver is expected and confirm the gate before dispatch.
For an afternoon booking, allow flexibility around Cherng Talay traffic and school or market activity. We confirm the actual meeting point and pickup window in writing on WhatsApp; do not leave the property until that confirmation arrives.
Laguna resort pickup
Use the exact resort name shown on your booking, because several properties share the Laguna grounds. Wait in the main reception area unless the written confirmation names a different entrance. A room number helps reception connect the driver with the correct guest.
Villa and Boat Avenue pickup
For a villa, condominium or meeting point near Boat Avenue, send a map pin and a photo or short description of the gate. Avoid using a shop name as the only location because entrances and tenant names can change.
Planning the return
Tell us before departure if you must return for dinner, a spa booking or another fixed appointment. We confirm a workable return plan with the pickup; the showroom visit remains optional and you can leave without purchasing.
